HQ-5000 vertical plastic mixer: With a capacity of 5,000 kilograms, this machine is installed at the final stage of the production line. Its primary function is to thoroughly mix each batch of plastic granules, ensuring uniformity and preventing chromatic aberration.
HQ-500 Horizontal Mixer: Positioned at the beginning of the production line, this mixer ensures precise blending of plastic resins, LED diffusion materials, and additives before they are fed into the pelletizing machine.
HQ-90 Single-Screw Pelletizing Line: The centerpiece of this shipment, this pelletizing line includes an extrusion host, a cooling water tank with a dewatering fan, a traction-style Strand Pelletizer, and a linear vibration screener. With a production capacity of 200–300 kg per hour, it is designed to produce high-quality granules with excellent transparency retention.
